Driver Scorecards
Web-based Vehicle Scorecards:
Your ability to serve your customers is only as good as the drivers and equipment you utilize to get the job done. Driver/Division Scorecards
allow you to reward drivers who excel at their job, as well as to identify areas that are in need of improvement. Reducing speeding; excessive braking,
acceleration, and cornering; and increasing seatbelt usage will not only ensure you are able to deliver your product with less breakage and delay, but also
help you to potentially reduce accidents, lower maintenance costs, and reduce injuries by giving you the tools to identify unsafe driving practices. Tracking
the amount of time your trucks are idling with the engine on will allow you to identify which drivers or vehicles are spending too much time at idle, wasting valuable
fuel.
Gridline™ Analytics' Web-based tools can provide you instant insight to the current and past performance of your drivers, vehicles, and/or company organizational units. Through the
online-interface, you can view scores for particular drivers or vehicles, or even compare the performance of locations or regions. Filters are available to control the
time-frame, which particular groups or units you're interested in, vehicle types, etc.
Alternatively, you can receive reports in Excel format automatically to your e-mail, or the e-mails of your direct reports, allowing you to determine driver performance at a glance. The particular driver behaviors you're
interested in, how many infractions are allowed, and how much effect those infractions will have on a score can all be custom configured to reflect the unique nature of your business.
